As part of the National Peace Corps Association’s (NPCA) Political Leadership Initiative, we are compiling a list of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) running for political office at the federal, state, and local levels. As a nonpartisan organization, we do not promote candidates based on any political party. Our aim is to share information on candidates of all stripes who have a shared history of service in the Peace Corps. The RPCVs included below are either currently running for office or have recently run.
(NOTE: Some listed candidates did not win their primary or dropped out of the race. However, we want to share and celebrate their efforts, as well, and appreciate their sharing their Peace Corps stories.)
