    A bill to improve and expand the Peace Corps for the 21st century, and for other purposes.

  • Peace Corps Expansion Act of 2009 (H.R. 1066)
    To amend the Peace Corps Act to provide continued funding for the Peace Corps, to increase the readjustment allowances for Peace Corps volunteers and volunteer leaders, and for other purposes.

  • Peace Stamp for the Peace Corps Act (H.R. 336)
    To provide for the issuance of a semipostal to benefit the Peace Corps.

  • Fixing the Federal Assistance Voting Act of 2009 (H.R. 1659)
    To amend the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act to require the Presidential designee responsible for carrying out Federal functions under the Act to have experience in election administration and be approved by the Senate, to establish the Overseas Voting Advisory Board to oversee the administration of the Act so that American citizens who live overseas or serve in the military can participate in elections for public office, and for other purposes.
